Baby Aiden – Durham Baby Portraits

As newborn photographers we generally tell parents that we want to see their babies for their portraits within the first 2 weeks, the reason being that during this time they are still super sleepy and generally very easy to work with. This little guy was just shy of 6 weeks at his appointment, but he was wonderful to work with a reminded me of all of the great things about older babies – including beautiful skin, adorable baby chub and lovely lashes! He did stay awake for about half of the session but thankfully he was super calm and easy going so we were able to do lots of awake portraits as well.

We also got a few big smiles out of this little man, but I will save those for Mom and Dad’s gallery 😉

Thank you so much to his parents for bringing him in for his first set of portraits. It was great to meet you all!
