Happy Birthday Kayla – Durham Cake Smash Photographer

Kayla was here last year around this time having her newborn portraits done. It never ceases to amaze me to see how much these babies grown and change in the first year. I see it over and over and it never gets old.

She had a RIOT at her cake smash session. She was full of smiles and grins, all too happy to enjoy that cake and perform for my camera.

I always try to do some “clean” portraits first, and then we dive into the cake.

How cute is she? You never know what you are going to get with a cake smash. Some babies love it. Some babies hate it. Some babies think they love it until they realize their hands are coated in icing and then they quickly change their minds 😉 Kayla was all about it, making for some seriously adorable portraits!
